Our aim is simple; to make the most comfortable and stylish inflatable boats on the water
​Whether you’ve never owned a boat before, or want a quick and enjoyable way to get on the water, we want PudBoat to be your answer.
​
The idea of PudBoat came from spending many summertime hours by the river, watching boats meander by, with laughter and the chink of glasses emanating from the decks. What fun this looked! But being unattainable without a boat this posed the question; how can we get on the water? Not being satisfied with the traditional design of inflatable boats, a new concept was needed. Can inflatable boats be simple to use, stylish and comfortable? This was why PudBoat was created.

When designing PudBoat, we knew it had to be as safe cruising around the coast as it would be sailing on a lake. What started with over two years of research, pencil sketches and prototypes, we are so pleased to show you PudBoat. We hope it makes owning a boat as easy and as fun as it should be.
How PudBoat is designed

Firstly, if we want a boat to be simple to use it has to have no complicated parts, be lightweight and quick to inflate. It also has to be easy enough for someone even with no boating experience to use. If they could set up PudBoat, sail and pack it up, then we’d be happy.

You can forget mooring costs or a need for a trailer. We designed PudBoat to be completely inflatable. With only the backboard being solid for attaching an outboard motor, PudBoat is fully functional for cruising but can be completely rolled and stored when not taking you on a sailing adventure.

We have to make sure PudBoat is suitable for even the most intrepid sailors out there. Using side buoys for stability, PudBoat is fully sea-worthy and can tackle tides and waves. Being made with a tough PVC material and extra hull protection, you can launch off river banks, rocky beaches or solid slipways.

We wouldn’t want a quick inflating or durable boat unless it was comfortable. Having drop-stitch inflatable technology means we can have a tough, rigid shape to the boat giving a much smoother and efficient glide on the water. We have also used this technology to produce a more comfortable ride for captain and crew with inward facing seats and backrests – a set up not often found on inflatable boats of this class either.
